What are your check-in and check-out times?
Cottage Rental check-in is 4:00 pm and check-out is 10:00 am.
RV Site Rental check-in is 3:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am.
What are the amenities at the resort?
We have many amenities which include a salt water pool, a hot tub, a fitness room, a recreation hall with ping pong & arcade games, a basketball & volleyball court, a small playground, horseshoe pits, walking trails, a beach, and fishing docks.
Is your resort pet friendly?
Yes, but dogs must be kept on a leash and we require courteous pick-up manners.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our deposits are Non-Refundable, however with 4 weeks notice prior to your stay, your deposit can be used on a future booking within the next year.
Do I need to bring bed linens and/or towels?
Bed linens are supplied year round. Towels are only supplied in our off season.
Are there watercraft available for rent?
Yes, we have fishing boats, canoes, and paddle boards available for rent.
Do the cottages have utensils, cookware, and dinnerware?
All our cottages are fully equipped including a coffee machine and microwave.
Are there restaurants in the area?
The town of Barry's Bay is about 15 minutes away and has several restaurants open year round, along with multiple chip trucks open for the summer months.
Is there a grocery store or gas station nearby?
Yes, there are two grocery stores and three gas stations in the town of Barry's Bay which is only a 15 min drive from our resort.
Are there laundry facilities on the resort?
We have coin operated washers and dryers in the rec hall here at the resort.
What is the minimum night stay?
We require a 2 night minimum when booking your stay.
Can we bring our own fishing boat?
Yes, you can bring your own boat to the resort. For cottage rentals, the dock slip is included at no charge. For RV site rentals, the dock slip is $15+tax per night.
Is camp firewood provided?
With a cottage rental, firewood is provided and restocked daily. With a RV site rental, firewood is available for purchase at the office.
Are there places to visit nearby?
Nearby attractions include Algonquin Provincial Park, Crooked Slide Park near Combermere, and the Town of Barry's Bay.
